The short features two long open splits on the sides of the shorts that allow full leg movement for kicks and knees. The waist band it a triple closure with an inside draw string so the shorts fit right and stay on tight. The shorts have a built in super soft lycra compression short so when your kicking high you aren't left over exposed.
